Our Process

Barry’s Skip Hire has been hiring skips in and around Liverpool since 1974 consequently we are very good at what we do. We try to offer all of our customers the very best service we possibly can and the benefit of our years of experience taking away and recycling all manner of waste.

You will notice that we don’t offer an ‘order your skip online’ nor do we have an App (yet). This is because we don’t believe there is currently a better way to provide our customers with the best service and support other than a quick telephone call. Believe it or not, every skip requirement is different and we need to ensure that we meet your skip requirements safely, responsibly and at the very best price. Speaking with you helps us to do this.

Once we have spoken with you and got all of your requirements we will advise about the best size skip to meet your needs and we will also advise if we believe a skip permit is required (see here for more details about this). We will agree a date and time for the delivery of the skip (we can deliver the same day if required) and when you would prefer the skip to be collected. Once we have delivered the skip if you encounter any problems then just give us a call and we will see what we can do.

While we have lots of experience and can manage most situations, we accept that sometimes things do go wrong. In these circumstances we will speak with you to try and understand what the problem is and resolve it to your satisfaction. There will be occasions when we cannot agree on the best course of action with our customers and in these circumstances we will learn from that situation to try and avoid similar problems arising in the future.
